She is an ongoing trainer for Decleor cosmetics and lectures internationally on holistic skin care and holistic health.

Serving now on the governing advisory board of the American College of Healthcare Sciences, her role as a Program Specialist at the Integrative Resource Center of Anschutes Cancer Center at University of Colorado Hospital is indicative of Mindy's dedication to, and leadership in, wellness and healthcare.  From 1995 to 2001 she served as Director of Education and later, Director of Research for the medical library at Herb Research Foundation.
